Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions • CANCELLATION BY J.MIMMSVISIONSLLC: J.MimmsVisionsLLC may cancel the Agreement for the following reasons: acts of God, restraint of Governmental Authority; fire, illness and any other matters beyond the reasonable control of J.MimmsVisionsLLC. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost through computer malfunction, lost in mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of J.MimmsVisionsLLC. If J.MimmsVisionsLLC cancels the Event Agreement under this paragraph then J.MimmsVisionsLLC is liability for such cancellation be limited to the refund of money paid by the client to J.MimmsVisionsLLC. • CANCELLATION BY CLIENT: If Client a). cancels event, b). changes the date or time of the event, c) cancels the services of J.MimmsVisionsLLC, or d). fails to pay any amount when due under the Agreement, then Client shall be in default. If Client is in default, J.MimmsVisionsLLC may terminate this agreement and hold Client liable for the amounts set forth below less any monies given as deposit, as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, it being acknowledge and agreed by the parties that the amount of J.MimmsVisionsLLC damages for Client’s default would be difficult and impractical to determine, and it is agreed that the amounts set forth below are reasonable estimate of J.MimmsVisionsLLC damages caused by client’s default: 0 to 30 days prior to event – J.MimmsVisionsLLC 75% of Guaranteed Total (Proposal Amount, if no guarantee was given. 31 to 90 days prior to event – J.MimmsVisionsLLC retains 50% of Proposal Amount Over 90 days prior to event – J.MimmsVisionsLLC 25% of Proposal Amount • COMPLETION OF FINAL PRODUCT: The entire editing process, from time of scheduling to receipt of the final product is normally (8) weeks, at which time Client will receive the final product of the Event. ARRIVE ON TIME: It is very important that you arrive to your session on time and ready to begin. Our specific appointment time is set aside just for you. Please make every effort to be on time so that you can receive your full session. Being late or not ready to start will cut into to our shooting time. Showing up more than 20 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your session fee. Please limit attendance to those being photographed plus one to keep down distraction.
